Through this unique and innovative program, participants will engage in theatre games, exercises and workshops to build acting and other skills (focus of weeks 1-3).

To hone these skills, actors will be cast in groups of five to seven to perform in a 35-minute traveling play based upon the story THE SKY IS FALLING (focus of weeks 4-8).

The program will include up to three groups (A, B, C) depending upon enrollment.  The resulting productions will go "on the road" with each group traveling each week to different senior homes, assisted living, and other senior facilities throughout the valley to bring entertainment and joy to the valley's seniors.

A concluding ceremony and cast party will be held the last weekend (on Sunday, November 15, 2009) and will include final performances by each group for invited family and friends.  Participants will receive certificates of completion and letters of community service for performances.

This fabulously successful program returns for a second season!  DON'T MISS OUT!
