Those of you who have auditioned before know that it can be a time-consuming process under the best of circumstances.  One of the things that takes considerable time is the process of gathering your contact information in a manner that is useful to us once we have cast the show.  In the past, everyone has had to wait in line and either fill out a paper application, or of late, have information entered into a form on the computer.

Based on the relative success last year, we are again providing you with the opportunity to complete your audition application on line, before coming to auditions.  If you are a minor, this should be completed by your parent with all the correct information requested.  This should preferably be done by Friday before auditions.

FOR THIS PROCESS TO WORK INSTRUCTIONS MUST BE FOLLOWED PRECISELY!  IF THE FORM IS NOT FILLED OUT COMPLETELY AND CORRECTLY YOU WILL HAVE TO REDO IT AT THE AUDITIONS AS OUR SYSTEM DOES NOT ALLOW FOR EASY CORRECTION TO INFORMATION ALREADY SUBMITTED.

Once you click on the link below, a form will be presented on a new page.

READ ALL OF THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW BEFORE CLICKING ON THAT LINK.

Every piece of information needs to be completely and accurately filled in without using abbreviations and taking care to double check that everything is included.

For example
- make sure that your e-mail address includes your provider (the information after the @ sign, such as @aol.com, @earthlink.net, etc.)
- check that your street number, the street name, any apartment numbers, etc. are included in your address.
- while we have no desire to pry into family matters, it is important for us to know information regarding father/mother and stepfather/stepmother situations to avoid unforeseen problems throughout the rehearsals.
- put as many phone contacts as we may need to be able to adequately contact the participant and/or responsible family members
- if possible, put a separate emergency contact other than the parent (we automatically will use parents as the initial emergency contact, but would like a third party contact just in case).
ONLY ONE AUDITIONING PERSON SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN AN APPLICATION.  Fill out separate applications for each person auditioning.
- DO NOT use shorthand notations for anything in the application (such as "same as brother" or "haven't moved" or "same as last year" or the like)
- your REAL birthdate with year, your REAL age, your ACTUAL height and your REAL t-shirt size (i.e., not what you like to wear because you like them baggy or like them tight) MUST ALL BE INCLUDED.
- pleASe uSe proPer CapItAliZation, anything else is just annoying!
- BE SERIOUS ABOUT FILLING IN ANY POTENTIAL CONFLICTS - It does no one any good to ignore contacts now and hope that we will overlook them later.  It will just lead to disappointment for everyone.  REALLY!
