- $40 upfront materials fee

- Sell 6 or more $15 tickets

- Attend all meetings

- ID ALL conflicts up front in writing

- Honor rehearsal times through official dismissal

- Help to Promote the production

- Expect to volunteer some time.

- Get sponsors, playbill ads, donations

- Help with Sets, Props, Costumes preparation, and at shows.

WHEN & WHERE ARE REHEARSALS?

Rehearsals will be primarily Saturdays (11-8) and Sundays (11-7) with an orientation on Saturday October 10, 2026

Not every character is called each rehearsal until run-through rehearsals.

All rehearsals (and shows) will take place at Youtheatre Players' Stage in the Shops at Palm Desert.

As with our past few productions, the traditional way of coming to a separate audition day will not be done for this production. An audition instruction and process will take place the first weekend. Those who want to be a part of the show should fill out the application below and come to the first weekend of rehearsals. The cast will engage in character exercises and in an auditioning workshop to determine what character they will play in the show. Everyone who shows up will be in the show unless an overwhelming number of applications are received.
